What is the registration fee for Calabrio Customer Connect?

The price for a full conference pass is $595 (now – onsite). And remember, if you buy one pass, you get the second 50% off.

Who can attend Calabrio Customer Connect?

Any Calabrio user or partner may attend the conference. This event is separate from the Calabrio User Group (CUG).

Is there an age limit to attend?

Yes. We ask that all attendees be at least 21 years of age.

Are there any discounts for sending multiple people from my company?

Yes. If you send one person, the second person can attend at half price.

How can I pay for my registration?

Registration fees must be paid via credit card or Purchase Order during the registration process. American Express, MasterCard and VISA are accepted.

Will I receive a receipt for my registration?

Your email confirmation serves as your receipt. If you cannot locate your email confirmation and need it to be re-sent, please contact CCCTeam@calabrio.com.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations for attendee registrations that are submitted on or before August 10, 2018 will be refunded in full minus a $50 handling fee.

Cancellations for attendee registrations and guest registrations that are submitted on or after August 11, 2018 are non-refundable.

How can I share my Calabrio experience and expertise at the conference?

I have been to the user conference the past several years. I need more advanced sessions. Will those be offered at the conference?

Absolutely. We’ve listened to your feedback from past conferences and will offer sessions for beginner, intermediate and advanced users.  We’ll also have sessions spanning the entire Calabrio solutions porfolio. View our session offerings on the Agenda page.

How do I book my hotel room?

In order to receive the discounted room rate of $214/night at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, you must reserve your room during the registration process. Those who reserve rooms outside of our registration site will not get the negotiated room rate.

When does the room block close?

This year the conference is at the beautiful Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.  To ensure you receive the conference negotiated room rate of $214 (plus tax), please secure your hotel accommodation through the online conference registration by August 17, 2018.

Are there sponsorships or exhibit space available?

Yes. Calabrio offers opportunities for partners to participate in Calabrio Customer Connect. We have several sponsorship opportunities available as well as individual attendance passes for sale. Does the Gaylord Opryland offer transportation to and from the airport?

Yes. The venue offers a shuttle service to and from the Nashville International Airport. The shuttle costs $30 per person roundtrip. If you’d like to learn more, please visit the Opryland’s transportation services webpage to get more details and sign up for the shuttle.

Can I park at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center?

Yes. The venue offers self-parking for $29 daily and valet parking for $38 daily.
