Save on multiple registrations! Buy one, get one half price.

Buy one registration and receive a second registration for half price. Both attendees must be from the same company and register on the same day. See the Group Registration section below for more details.

Guests

Guest Fee is $50 per person. It includes access to the Welcome Reception and offsite Client Appreciation Event. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. One guest per attendee. No children are allowed.

*Conference registration fee does not include accommodations. A discounted room rate has been secured for C3 attendees at the headquarter hotel, the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa.  Reserve your room at the group rate during the registration process.   Rooms booked directly thru the hotel will not be eligible for the discount group rate.

Group Registration

To take advantage of the buy one, get one half price promotion, the associated registrations must register together by following the instructions below.

 

  1. Designate a leader who will need to be the first to register
  2. Gather each registrant’s personal information, the following information is required
    • First and Last Name
    • Email Address (unique email addresses are required for EACH registration)
    • Contact Information
    • Dietary Needs
    • Hotel Accommodation Needs (If each registrant requires a separate hotel reservations, a credit card must be put down to guarantee each reservation.)
  3. When you have collected all of the required registration details, register the leader first, on the Registration Summary page you will see an ADD PERSON button. Select ADD PERSON to add additional people to this reservation. At the end of each person’s registration you can add more people or go to the Payment Page.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Registrations can be transferred to another employee. If canceled, the individual refund amount will be based on the group registration status.

Transfer Registration

There is no fee to transfer a conference registration to another attendee.
