Calabrio Customer Connect registration includes the general session, educational breakout sessions, networking opportunities, as well as most meals and entertainment.

Group Registration Details

Buy one registration and receive a second registration for half price. Both attendees must be from the same company and register on the same day. See the Group Registration instructions below for more details.

  1. Designate a leader who will need to be the first to register
  2. Gather each registrant’s personal information, the following information is required
    • First and Last Name
    • Email Address (unique email addresses are required for EACH registration)
    • Contact Information
    • Dietary Needs
    • Hotel Accommodation Needs (If each registrant requires separate hotel reservations, a credit card must be entered to guarantee each reservation.)
  3. When you have collected all of the required registration details, register the leader first, on the Registration Summary page you will see an ADD PERSON button. Select ADD PERSON to add additional people to this reservation. At the end of each person’s registration you can add more people or go to the Payment Page.

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Registrations can be transferred to another employee. If cancelled, the individual refund amount will be based on the group registration status.

Can I cancel my registration?

Cancellations for attendee registrations that are submitted on or before August 10, 2018 are refunded in full minus a $50 handling fee.

Cancellations for attendee and guest registrations that are submitted on or after August 11, 2018 are non-refundable.

Is there a fee to transfer my conference registration?

There is no fee to transfer a conference registration to another attendee.
