ABOUT C3

Calabrio Customer Connect (C3), is Calabrio’s annual user conference. The conference is packed with in-depth training sessions, 1:1 consulting opportunities and of course, networking with your contact center peers! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity engage with peers, exchange ideas, and learn how others are improving their contact centers. 

Sunday, Sept 14 through Tuesday, Sept 16 at the Fairmont Dallas in Dallas, Texas.  

We encourage Calabrio users, administrators, IT professionals, business decision makers, partners and prospective customers to join us.  

Breakfast and lunch are included in your pass and will be provided on Monday and Tuesday; Dinner will be provided on Monday night. 

Conference passes include access to all general sessions, breakout sessions, meals and the Sunday and Monday evening events. Hotel and airfare are not included. 

The Fairmont Dallas is offering Calabrio C3 Users a discounted rate of $249.00 per night plus tax.  Hotel rooms must be booked by August 22, 2025, in order to receive the discounted rate. 

If you need to cancel your registration, there is a $50 USD processing fee until August 15. After August 15, the processing fee increases to $100 USD. 

Yes, if you need to transfer your registration to an alternate colleague, please email reghelp@metroconnections.com with the current registration contact and the colleague you would like to transfer the registration to – this is complimentary.
